About REACH CARE

About ReachCare

Three fields. Twenty years each. Built where medicine, technology and business actually meet.

REACH CARE is owned and built by a group of veterans across medicine, technology and business — each bringing roughly two decades of individual experience in their own field, not twenty years split three ways between generalists. That same team is currently operating across multiple healthcare domains, not one narrow vertical.

What's different now isn't the depth of experience — it's that AI has finally caught up to what that experience always knew the problem needed: qualification, coordination and continuum handled at the speed patients move, not the speed a legacy platform moves.

Integration. Big Data. Mesh.

Integration. Big Data. Mesh.

How we think about the platform

Three ideas, not three features — the lens we build every module through.

A note on the name

Yes, the initials read I · B · M. That's intentional wordplay on our part — not a reference to, partnership with, or endorsement by the company IBM. We just liked what the three words stood for once we saw them lined up.

Integration

One platform. Every connection.

An API-first ecosystem that seamlessly connects devices, rehabilitation technologies, AI, HIS/HMS, ERPs and digital health solutions — making interoperability a core strength of the platform, not an afterthought bolted on at integration time.

Big data

See healthcare as it happens.

Harnessing data across the healthcare ecosystem to give CXOs real-time visibility into how their organisation operates, how patients engage, and where opportunities and risks are emerging — turning every interaction into actionable intelligence for faster, smarter decisions.

Mesh

Every partner, every patient, one network.

No hospital operates alone — referring doctors, operators, payers, device makers and patients all sit around it. Mesh treats that as an asset, not a coordination headache: an interconnected network of partners, apps, customers and services, addressable as one system instead of a spreadsheet of separate relationships.

"From Healthcare Data to Healthcare Intelligence."

A few things we hold ourselves to

What that means in practice

A few things we hold ourselves to.

  1. 01

    Label everything honestly

Live is live. Roadmap is roadmap. Every claim on this site is tagged as one or the other — on purpose, everywhere, not just here.

  2. 02

    Extend, never replace

Your HIS, RMS, EMR and TPS stay exactly where they are. We built REACH to sit alongside clinical systems, not compete with them.

  3. 03

A human confirms the clinical call

AI drafts, scores and flags. It never diagnoses, prescribes or overrides a clinician — every tier of Aura's autonomy is governed, logged and reviewable.
