IPR Complaints Policy

How to report intellectual property infringement involving REACH, and how we respond.

Effective date: 11 September 2026 Applies to: reach-care.net and the REACH platform Operated by: Stratech Ventures Private Limited

1.Purpose

Stratech Ventures Private Limited respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of REACH to do the same. This policy explains how rights holders can report alleged infringement of copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights on or through REACH.

2.Submitting a Complaint

Send your complaint to info@reach-care.net with the subject line “IPR Complaint”. Your complaint should include: your name, address, phone number and email; a description of the work or mark you claim has been infringed; the exact location of the allegedly infringing material on REACH, such as a URL or screenshot; evidence of your ownership or authority to act for the owner; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner or the law; and a statement that the information in your complaint is accurate, with your physical or electronic signature.

3.Our Review

We will acknowledge valid complaints and review them promptly. Where appropriate and in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we may remove or disable access to the material, and notify the user or Client Organisation that provided it.

4.Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement explaining why you believe the removal was in error, and your signature. We may share the counter-notice with the original complainant and may restore the material unless the complainant informs us that legal action has been initiated.

5.Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users or Client Organisations that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

6.Misrepresentation

Submitting a complaint or counter-notice that you know to be false may expose you to liability. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice first.

7.Our Own Intellectual Property
