Abuse Policy
What counts as abuse of the REACH platform and how to report it.
1.Purpose
This Abuse Policy describes conduct that is not permitted on or through REACH and how Stratech Ventures Private Limited handles reports. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and Anti-Spam Policy.
2.Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use REACH to: process personal or health data without a lawful basis; impersonate a healthcare provider, clinician or patient; publish false, misleading or unsafe health claims; harass, threaten or discriminate against patients, staff or others; upload malware or harmful code; attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems; interfere with the Platform’s operation, security or other users; infringe intellectual property; or engage in any unlawful activity.
3.Misuse of AI Features
Users must not attempt to bypass the AI governance tiers, send AI-generated content to patients without the required human confirmation, or present AI outputs as clinical diagnoses or medical advice.
4.Patient Safety Concerns
REACH is not an emergency service. If you believe a patient is at immediate risk, contact local emergency services. Concerns about clinical care should be raised with the relevant Client Organisation and, where appropriate, the applicable regulator.
5.How to Report Abuse
Report suspected abuse to info@reach-care.net. Include a description of the issue, relevant dates, account or organisation names, and any supporting screenshots or messages. Do not send patient health information by email unless necessary; we will arrange a secure channel if needed.
6.Investigation and Action
We review reports promptly and may request further information. Depending on the severity, we may issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report matters to law enforcement or regulators where required by law.
7.False Reports
Knowingly false or malicious reports are themselves a breach of this policy.
