Anti-Spam Policy — REACH

Anti-Spam Policy

Rules for sending messages to patients and prospects through REACH.

Effective date: 11 September 2026 Applies to: reach-care.net and the REACH platform Operated by: Stratech Ventures Private Limited

1.Purpose

REACH includes tools to contact enquiring patients, re-engage past patients and send care reminders by email, SMS, WhatsApp and other channels. This Anti-Spam Policy sets out how those tools may be used. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

2.Zero Tolerance for Spam

Stratech Ventures Private Limited does not permit the Platform to be used to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages. Spam damages patient trust, harms deliverability for all Client Organisations and may breach the law.

4.Prohibited Practices

Users must not: upload purchased, rented, scraped or third-party contact lists; message people who have opted out; use misleading sender names, subject lines or content; disguise the commercial nature of a message; send health-related marketing that makes false or unverified claims; or send messages in a way designed to evade filters or rate limits.

5.Opt-Out and Preferences

Every marketing or re-engagement message must include a clear way to unsubscribe or opt out, and opt-out requests must be honoured promptly. Transactional care messages, such as appointment confirmations, may continue where permitted by law.

6.Compliance with Messaging Laws

Client Organisations are responsible for complying with applicable messaging rules, including the TRAI Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (DLT registration, headers and templates) in India, WhatsApp Business policies, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions where they send messages.

7.Monitoring and Enforcement

We monitor sending volumes, bounce rates and complaint rates. We may pause campaigns, limit sending, suspend accounts or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, without prior notice where necessary to protect recipients or the Platform.

8.Reporting Spam

If you have received an unwanted message sent through REACH, forward it to info@reach-care.net with the date, sender and any identifying details. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
